How effective are these professional effects 3D white strips? Not at all! It seems like I wasted 10 hours of my life (30 mins for 20 days). When I wear these, it's hard for me to talk and I hate to swallow the chemical from the strips, so I just lay on my bed and do nothing. What a waste.
They also made my gums sensitive, but I expected that. The only part that it seems to have whiten are the edges of my teeth. It looks horrible! Especially since the white edges contrast with my non-whitish teeth!
This was 76 dollars, and I don't think it was worth it! Don't waste your time with this. I am thinking next year I am going to try the Go Smile Go Discover Teeth Whitening Discovery Kit , it looks quite effective.
